Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping costs. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Returns Terms And Conditions

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of original delivery.
  • The purchaser must return the item(s) at their own cost, Laced Unlaced Vintage will not reimburse returns postage cost.
  • The purchaser remains responsible for goods until they are returned to Laced Unlaced Vintage. It is for this reason that we advise returning goods via a tracked shipping service. If your returning goods are not successfully delivered to Laced Unlaced Vintage, Laced Unlaced Vintage will not provide a refund. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging.
  • Returned products must be unworn without stains and unwashed. Pre existing garment flaws are listed in the item description so these will be checked to make sure that the item has not been worn and damaged further.
  • We do not accept the return of products displaying makeup stains or smelling of perfume
  • International refunds will be provided less original shipping costs.
  • Any international "Return To Sender" orders which have been returned to Laced Unlaced Vintage due to the purchasers actions or omissions will not be refunded until the order has been received by Laced Unlaced Vintage.
  • Any international "Return to Sender" orders will not receive shipping costs as a refund.
  • International Returns must clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' on the customs form. Any customs fees incurred by Laced Unlaced Vintage for your return will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Briefs can not be returned due to hygiene reasons 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
